Our Policy on return is that we only exchange the products and do not take return or process refund of product(s). Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as Plants, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept exchange of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-exchangeable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Downloadable files, Some health and personal care items. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial exchange is granted. Items like Apparels with obvious signs of use, Wallets, Dream Catchers, Mugs and products which cannot be sold once unboxed. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that has passed more than 10 days after being sold, will not be eligible for exchange
Refunds Policy (if applicable)
Our policy on refund is that we do not process refund and recommend exchanging the product with same product purchased by customers. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the product will be dispatched to your registered address on our website/Application. Products purchased from website cannot be exchanged at our physical stores. We do not refund money.

Only standard priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately personalised or customised items cannot be exchanged.

We only replace items if they were received defective or damaged by customers on supply of relevant proofs and information requested by Quirqstation. Items Purchased on Website cannot be exchanged with Items in our Physical Stores. Quirqstation reserves the right to reject exchange at its discretion.
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: No.12, 2nd Floor, Near Small Cox Town Circle(Near Rajkumar Statue), Cox Town, Bangalore, Karnataka 560005. Quirqstation will be responsible for shipping costs for exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping Cost for exchanges in Out of Postal Services code shall be borne by customers, unless they request Quirqstation to initiate and accept to pay the shipping at actuals. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are exchanging an item over Rs. 5000, and initiating the courier from remote location, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
